By staking via @BifrostFinance, you get all the staking benefits (rewards & airdrops) but stay liquid. This means you can bypass unbonding periods.
I think it's also likely that vMANTA will be bridged to Manta Pacific, where you can deploy the vMANTA liquidity in DeFi.
In my humble opinion this is a no-brainer.
Finally staked my MANTA with @BifrostFinance today and positioned myself for @MantaNetwork season.
