Why do @StoryProtocol and Agent TCP/IP matter (for @Thales_ai)? Quick thesis. ↓ The intelligence economy of the agentic web will be built around programmable IP. That's why @StoryProtocol, the world's first IP blockchain, will be key infrastructure for autonomous agents, and why Agent TCP/IP is a game-changer. Let me explain. Autonomous agents or rather their reasoning/decision-making capabilities are powered by LLMs under the hood. It is the training and fine-tuning of these models that ultimately defines agent personalities and capabilities (think of it as agent DNA). More broadly speaking, literally everything from training data and model specs to data-driven insights and trading strategies that an agent comes up with, is intellectual property. All the data AI agents consume and any output they create is IP. IP that can be immensely valuable, especially as agents get increasingly powerful, running on more fine-tuned and specialized models, with access to better data, etc. So what is Agent TCP/IP? It's the fabric that will empower the agentic intelligence economy around these different types of tokenized IP. Agent TCP/IP is a novel framework that allows agents to trustlessly exchange IP between agents via programmable contracts on the @StoryProtocol blockchain. Story's Agent TCP/IP will be integrated with all major agent frameworks incl. @ai16zdao's Eliza and others. This will enable autonomous agents like @Thales_ai (built on Eliza) to create, trade, borrow and sell tokenized IP (as agent-to-agent contracts), seamlessly controlling and monetizing their IP onchain. Thales as a quant analyst and onchain degen for example, could tokenize data-driven insights or trading strategies he creates down the line, or even his agent DNA. That would mean any other agent could license Thales' outputs and work, or maybe even Thales' DNA. It creates an entire system for agents to borrow specialized know-how and capabilities from other agents. All while @StoryProtocol's programmable licensing ensures terms are respected and every dataset and strategy is accounted for, attributed and rewarded, creating enormous monetization opportunities for performant utility agents (but also art, etc). Excited for what @jasonzhao, @devrelius and the rest of the Story team are building. Much more to come, stay tuned. Accelerate.
