Bless Network: the Uber for idle compute and why UX could scale DePIN

Argues Bless can scale idle-device compute to 100M nodes because a browser extension removes the technical setup that held back Akash and Render. Points to nestled nodes, 90% revenue to operators and the GPU shortage as demand drivers.

Key claims
4.1M testnet nodes and 800k daily active users
$8M raised from NGC and M31 Capital
90% of revenue goes to node operators
The hype around @theblessnetwork is real. Let me give you a quick TLDR on why ↓ Bless Network is basically trying to be the "Uber for compute power". You install a Chrome extension, share your laptop/PC's unused processing power, and earn tokens. Instead of AWS/Google controlling cloud computing, regular people can monetize their idle devices. The fact that they've got 4.1M nodes and 800k daily active users on testnet already, proves that there is demand for this. Sure, lots are airdrop farmers but that's how every successful DePIN starts. Look at @helium or @grass. The team looks stacked (ex-Binance Labs, @akashnet ), raised $8M from top VCs like NGC and M31 Capital, and is building on @solana (maximizing scalability). Here's why this is an interesting case: AI compute demand is exploding and there's literally not enough GPUs in the world (a.k.a. a global GPU shortage). Yet, AI apps need cheap inference and demand for compute is up only. Hence every MacBook or gaming PC sitting idle is basically wasted money. Bless fixes this and makes monetizing unused compute power very easy. Install extension = done. No highly technical setup needed like on Akash or Render. That's how you scale the nework to 100M nodes. The "nestled nodes" concept is pretty much genius. Apps can tap their own users' devices for compute. Imagine every Discord user automatically contributing compute while chatting. This creates crazy network effects. What are the incentives for compute providers? The tokenomics give 90% revenue to node operators (way better than a Uber driver's cut btw lol). This could legitimately turn into "the people's cloud". History has proven that the simplest solution often wins. AOL beat technically superior competitors. iPhone wasn't first smartphone but had the best UX. Bless might have cracked the UX challenges that killed Golem and others. This is how DePIN could finally go mainstream.
