Morning brief under 1,000 words at 07:15
Spent the last days putting @claudeai Cowork at the center of my entire workflow. Result? I built a system that 10x'd my productivity and I'm never going back. Quick rundown of what it actually does: ➜ Every night at 05:30 an overnight run scans the narratives I track on X (Grok + a curated list per narrative, so I hear from the accounts I trust, not the algo), checks what actually happened, pulls prices and onchain flows, digests my Telegram and files everything I dropped during the day. By the time I'm up there is a finished intel page in Notion. ➜ 07:15 the morning brief lands in my Telegram. Top 5 for today, calendar with prep notes, inbox by category, tasks, markets and narratives, portfolio movers, readings, who I still owe a reply. Under 1,000 words. ➜ 18:30 the evening brief closes the day out. Meetings filed, captures processed, deadlines pulled out of mail & co, prepping everything for the next day. ➜ Weekly: Monday 06:30 a weekly alpha piece with a narrative map per vertical, five numbers that tell the week, watchlist vs thesis, portfolio review and the deep dives worth running. Friday a content plan with ideas for the next week. Sunday a review that clears stale tasks and books my deep-work blocks into the calendar. ➜ On demand, from any chat: "deep dive on X" runs the full research workflow and writes it up. "sweep perp DEXs" does a fast pass across one curated list when something is moving. "vault digest" clears my reading backlog. "draft X" drops a Typefully draft. "catch me up on Telegram" gives me the reply queue and what I missed. What I do? - Drop links, tokens, ideas and todos with one prefix from any chat. - Type "deep dive on X" or "catch me up on Telegram" and it runs. - Decide. It only proposes, never executes. Under the hood? Notion as the system of record (12 databases Claude built itself), Gmail, Google Calendar, Telegram, Typefully, Todoist and Fireflies (aka all the tools I already use on a day to day basis), kept and wired together, while eight lean python scripts (under 1,000 lines of code) pull in data and empowering powerful automations.
