1/ what is @Immutable?
@immutable is the first app-specific L2 for #NFTs on $ETH. It features low gas fees, instant trades & high scalability for NFTs, games & marketplaces, while still maintaining an adequate level of security
2/ currently, the @immutable network is implemented as an application-specific, #StarkEx-based #vailidium. It only runs very limited logic and does not support generalized smart contract support
3/ also, to lower tx fees, $IMX relies on an external #DA solution. That means that instead of posting the proofs to L1, data is stored by an off-chain data availability committee (DAC)
hence it's a #validium, not a #rollup
4/ but as a consequence, proof construction relies fully on data that is NOT published on chain. In the validium context, the DAC is tasked with protecting & supplying the data
5/ what is @0xPolygon zkEVM?
