@Neura_io itself is a Cosmos SDK based chain with EVM compatibility and IBC support secured by staked BTC through @babylon_chain.
It runs on top of a CometBFT consensus engine, allowing for 1000s of TPS.
4/ The chain is designed with a focus on:

However, Neura periodically verifies the availability and authenticity of the provider's GPU resources to ensure the provider meets the computation & communication requirements.
6/ The chain basically serves as a coordination layer or marketplace to allocate GPU resources for encrypted tasks that are submitted to one of the integrated off-chain storage solutions as an on-chain transaction on Neura.
