@SunriseLayer is a Level 1 Data Availability (DA) layer that extends Berachain's Proof of Liquidity (PoL) to rollups and supports fee abstraction
Its compatibility with @CelestiaOrg's architecture minimizes onboarding overhead for rollups. Sunrise is also natively IBC compatible.
Rollup-as-a-Service (RaaS) providers that have integrated Celestia can easily integrate Sunrise.
Additionally, Rollup SDKs such as OP stack, @0xPolygon CDK, Rollkit, and Sovereign SDK that support Celestia will automatically be compatible with Sunrise upon launch.
A modular cross-chain yield hub (Gluon) will be deployed as a sovereign rollup onto the @SunriseLayer L1 blockchain.
This yield hub and Sunrise communicate directly to provide liquidity (replicating PoL) in exchange for blobspace, offering a scalable solution with less net-value extraction than existing altDA providers.

If you hold a @CelestineSloths, @badkidsart or @madscientists_x NFT get your roles.
Here's what to do:
1 ) Join the @SunriseLayer Discord server
2 ) Complete the verification steps and claim the "Sunrisers" role (optionally also "Gluons") in the "# | verify-role" channel.
3 ) Claim the "bad", "mad" or "lazy" role by verifying your NFT ownership with the Apello bot in the " # | verify-nft" channel.
@SunriseLayer is currently in testnet and there is no clear timeline on TGE and a potential airdrop.
However, NFT holder airdrops are normally part of the TGE supply (even though I feel like there is a trend towards vested airdrops) and we can probably expect mainnet (and TGE) later this year.
