RISE Chain: real-time EVM L2 with 10 gigagas throughput

Argues RISE is under the CT radar versus MegaETH and Monad, having raised on Kaito at a $200M FDV. Lists its 10 gigagas throughput, continuous block building, shreds, PEVM on Reth and Celestia DA.
Key claims
Raised on Kaito at $200M FDV
10 gigagas/s, up to 100k TPS, sub-5ms latency
PEVM parallel EVM built on Reth
I rly think @risechain is still way too much under the overall CT radar. And while MegaETH and Monad are hyped up to multi-billion dollar valuations pre-market, they recently raised a round on @KaitoAI at a $200M FDV.
TL;DR on why I am optimistic:
- 10 gigagas in throughput (up to 100k TPS) with ultra-low latency at sub-5 milliseconds
- Continuous block building pipeline enabling execution of transactions while residing in mempool.
- Fastest soft confirmations through "shreds" enabling efficient interrupt-driven block construction.
- RISE's PEVM is an open source parallel execution engine for EVM transactions built on top of Reth
- Using @celestia for DA, aiming for decentralized through based sequencing and settlement on Ethereum
- Custom database structure with a two-layered architecture reducing redundancy and I/Os to improve efficiency/speed
There is more and I've heard some very interesting rumors about a major announcement that should hit rather soon. Recommend to keep an eye on RISE anon.
