Standard Reserve dormancy rule: 30-day inactivity bounty and 70% revocation fee
Quote175 words
Charter holders must interact every 30 days or anyone can report them: the informant gets 2% of accrued balance (cap 100k STANDARD) and the holder pays a 70% revocation fee, half burned and half to active bankers; the charter burns.

One crazy feature of @standard_rsv I didn’t mention in my TL;DR below is that inactivity is punished heavily, and enforcement is outsourced to the community.
As a charter holder you need to be active at least once every 30 days. Any interaction resets the clock (make a tx in the system or at least complete a zero-cost check-in).
Go dark for 30+ days tho, and:
- Anyone can report your wallet as dormant
- The informant pockets a bounty of 2% of your accrued balance (capped at 100k $STANDARD)
- You eat a 70% revocation fee (half burned and half paid to the bankers who stayed active)
- Your branches are shut down, your charter burns, and only the remaining 30% is sent to your wallet
Obvs not the main feature of the system, but given the whole slash drama around @commonsmade, where ppl went at each other’s throats over a $25 airdrop, imagine what happens when there’s an actual bounty on dormant wallets, and someone sunsets your charter. 💀
So ready for this launch.
