Article28 Oct 2025The Codec Thesis: Langchain of RoboticsArgues Codec is a model- and hardware-agnostic deployment layer for Vision-Language-Action models, like Langchain for LLMs. Covers local VLA inference, hybrid API-plus-VLA execution, operators, the optr SDK, a desktop-first GTM and the onchain marketplace.Map14 Aug 2026The Crypto x Robotics Landscape: 30 projects across five layersMap of 30 projects putting the machine economy onchain, grouped into machine-economy infra, robot OS and execution, robot networks and embodied AI, training data, autonomy fuel (sensors and maps) and robot capital. Explicitly not an endorsement list.Thesis12 Aug 2026Robotics szn: three bets via Unitree perp, BOT closed-end fund and CODECLays out three ways to play the Unitree IPO: the HIP-3 perp as the ignition bet, BOT (a closed-end fund at about 2.9x NAV) as equity beta, and CODEC as the crypto play. Notes the IPO prices Unitree at 219x earnings and the perp implied about $35B.

22 Oct 2026Axis Robotics: crowd-sourced robot training data and the AXIS tokenAxis runs a crowd teleop gym behind a 50K+ demo dataset; pi0.5 scored 88.8 vs 83.9 with Axis data, in simulation only. At ~$0.30 and ~$298M FDV on a 16.5% float, AXIS has no fee or buyback sink, so he sees it as priced for success.BreakdownRoboticsDePINAI6 likes

28 Sep 2026Personal top 20 crypto watchlist grouped by narrativeTwenty watchlist assets in six groups: private compute and money, decentralized AI, machine economy, perp DEX and HL ecosystem, stablecoin and institutional rails, and physical infrastructure. Each gets a one-line thesis; ARX is the main privacy bet.MapPrivacyAIPerps55 likes

21 Sep 2026machine.fun thesis: why hardware founders may raise on a launchpad over VCArgues private rounds are broken for hardware builders (vesting overhangs, VCs unable to price hardware) and Codec funded its build from trading fees. machine.fun adds a curated launchpad with SimArena proof, peaq tracking, the Foundry accelerator and fee-funded buybacks.ThesisRoboticsDePIN50 likes

16 Sep 2026CODEC: SimArena at TUM's robo.innovate hackathon with 80+ teamsCODEC at ~$6M mcap (2.4x in ten days) as SimArena becomes the simulator for 80+ teams at the 23 to 28 Oct robo.innovate hackathon. Three of eight challenges depend on simulation, and top teams get fast-tracked into The Foundry.ThesisRoboticsAI78 likes

07 Sep 2026machine.fun and Codec: financing machines onchainArgues crypto's next financialization is machines: robotics VC reached $50B+, Unitree's retail tranche was 8,000x oversubscribed, and machine.fun gives prototype-stage hardware founders a launchpad. Codec gains a path from browser prototype to Foundry to crowd raise.ThesisRoboticsDePIN52 likes

19 Aug 2026Why CodecFlow is the most undervalued onchain robotics playArgues Codec is building the AWS/Vercel-style rails for robotics: SimArena (browser simulation), Fabric (per-second GPU mesh), OPTR (runtime) and machine.fun funding. At about $3M FDV, down 90% from launch, the author sees a large gap between shipping and valuation.ThesisRoboticsAISolana29 likes
